LUXURY APARTMENT

A complete three story, two bedroom luxury apartment built to the highest U.S. standards. Each bedroom includes a private balcony, and bathroom, a queen and single bed, direct TV, A/C, and phone.

"Elegant Simplicity"

The top floor is dedicated solely to a private balcony overlooking the bay, where you may enjoy a post fishing cocktail watching the sun set, and seeing the fleet return from a day of deep sea fishing. The ground floor contains a full kitchen, with stove, oven, refrigerator, sink and microwave. This level is also fully air- conditioned. Situated on either side of the kitchen is a dining room and living area, with couches and chairs. The doors open up to a fully covered patio with a small self-contained gym.

Pool front gardens

Stepping off the patio you find a small waterfall cascading into the pool and Jacuzzi surrounded by lush garden foliage. It is not unusual to see the howler monkeys or toucans breakfasting on the fruits and leaves of the near by trees, while having your morning coffee.

Manicured Gardens

This apartment unit is being offered exclusively to anglers fishing aboard the KINGFISHER, and other boats that we work with. Normally the maximum amount of guests we have are two to four people, it is an ideal place for those looking for privacy and seclusion, but still within walking distance of other hotels and restaurants.

The perfect place to relax

FEATURES- Included in the price of the Apartment is a full breakfast served every morning before fishing. There is a stocked bar operated on the honor system with beer, soda, and other favorite beverages.

Kick back in the shade!

For a nominal charge Anglers fishing with us three or more days will be offered the option of a poolside bar-b-que one night for dinner, you may have the choice of anything from Ribeye steaks, and Jumbo shrimp to chicken or the catch of the day.

LOCAL DINING

Located within walking distance is Hotel Guanamar serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Within a stones throw of Guanamar is the Mirador, a restaurant that tends to cater to the local populace, featuring cold beer, and snapper cooked whole.

Not more than 200 yards down the street from Kingfisher's luxury apartment is a small Italian pizzeria that serves a thin crust pizza.

For those looking for something with a little extra there is the Sueno Tropical, about three miles down the road, specializing in fine Italian food, (this is one of our favorites).

If you like a little surprise we also have another spot, but we will keep that a secret till we see you! (But just to tantalize you, how do deep-fried lobster tails sound?)

There are many others located in the near-by town of Samara as well.

If the our luxury apartment is full, or you have a large group fishing other boats, we can put your anglers up in Hotel Guanamar, only a three minute walk from the apartment and the boats.
